Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Sproutly (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

You sign in via Google. You're responsible for your account and for the activity that happens under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, attempt fraud, or violate these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

• Don't attempt to break or interfere with the Service.
• Don't farm or fake focus sessions, ad views, or other in-app currency.
• Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially redistribute the app or its data.
• Don't use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Sproutly offers an optional “Pro” subscription. Pricing, renewal, and refunds are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their respective terms. Cancel any time from your store account; access remains until the end of the current billing period.

4. Virtual Items and Currency

In-app currency (e.g., “Sprouts”), trees, and other virtual items have no real-world value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable. We may adjust balances or modify the in-app economy to maintain fair play.

5. Ads

The Service may show optional rewarded ads via Google AdMob. By watching an ad you may earn in-app currency. We may impose limits or remove rewards if we detect abuse.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, and other content you create. You grant us a license to store and process that content solely to operate the Service.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing support@sproutly.moia.fun. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sproutly and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
